Binks Maple 7/15 and 8/25 paint pumps have low ice air motor with a patented quick exhaust mechanism. The motor does not require lubrication. It eliminates any valve icing risk. Instead of exposed shaft seals, it features bellow seals which removes maintenance and lubrication needs of the shaft packing. Its fluid sections, made of stainless steel, are suitable for solvent-based, waterborne, and UV materials. They have been developed particularly for the industrial finishing sector for supplying even and consistent material flow to automatic and manual spray guns.

Highest operating life is ensured by ceramic-coated pistons and ball seats with a tungsten carbide coating. Every stroke gets equal thrust resulting in a smooth and consistent paint flow. The horizontal piston pumps have a ratio of 15 and 25:1. Control valve has a metal spool-and-sleeve construction resulting in a long service life. With a patented design, the pump incorporates magnetic detent and removes stall condition. An even internal flow and elimination of paint entrapment for better flushing is assured by the sanitary inlet and 1/2 NPT Female outlet. The pumps provide a 5-year warranty on workmanship and materials.
